Estelle Low — 5 star - Sarah is in it for the dogs she is passionate about what she does and my little man Dante loves it. He spins circles Thursday morning knowing where he is off to and he loves the cuddles and treats he gets there.

Sarah Goulter Nixon 5 star -  I work long hours and my dog absolutely loves going to the Hangout to burn off some energy and socialise . Sarah really understands dog needs and dog behaviour. I always feel like Zoe is in good hands.

Cheryl Oconnor — 5 star - Can't recommend highly enough. Sarah and her team are just awesome. They have worked wonders with my dog.

Bettina Bannink  5 star - From day one ... awesome service, photo updates help ease the first day anxieties

Zoe Meuli   5 star - This place is amazing! My dog comes home happy and tired from a day full of fun and socialization. I can't recommend Sarah and her team enough to all other dog owners.

When I first enrolled Brax in daycare I was both excited for him but anxious that he wouldn’t like it. Sarah set me at ease straight away and she developed a strong bond with Brax very quickly. Brax would come home each night absolutely exhausted and very happy. Whilst he was in a pack he also had plenty of time for play and cuddles with Sarah as he is affectionate and completely ball obsessed!
Sarah’s confident and calm manner with her pack makes her pack leadership impeccable. She has control over her dogs at all times and is finely tuned to the mood of the pack. This is something I think comes naturally to Sarah and cannot always be learnt. I have extreme confidence in Sarah’s ability to take great care of any dog she takes into her pack at daycare.

Our dog Abby is a high energy Border Collie. No matter how hard we tried, we could not find anything to consume all of her energy. When she was 6 months old, we enrolled her in daycare where we met Sarah. From the beginning, we could see Sarah was a caring person with a heart of gold. She loved Abby as though she was her own and we appreciated that Abby was in the care of someone who genuinely loved her. We were always kept up to date with Abby’s progress and behavior at daycare and we very often received photos and videos showing us what Abby had been up to. We would be lost without daycare and especially without Sarah who became more like a friend than a dog-sitter. Sarah is kind, caring and flexible and there is nobody else we could trust with our pup as much as we trust her!

We were lucky to have Sarah looking after Hugo when she started her dog-daycare franchise in Hamilton. With her background in animal care and as a dog owner herself, she was familiar with all the challenges and had all the right skills to give our boy a busy and challenging session each day he went. Hugo learnt valuable socialisation skills working with the range of dogs in his regular ‘pack’ which has resulted in excellent self-control in dealing with unfamiliar dogs in less structured environments. Sarah provided toys to keep all the dogs busy and Hugo came back to us each night having had a good work-out. Sarah dealt promptly and professionally with any minor incidents that arose, she communicated well and sent fantastic photo updates during the day as time allowed. Sarah is a huge loss to dog lovers in our region but she will do spectacularly well in similar adventures elsewhere. We wish her the best of luck.

Tigger started daycare at about six months old and two years later he has grown into the most amazing dog, thanks to the care given to him at daycare and the time that we have put into him too. Right from the start, we were very impressed with your skills as a pack leader. We liked the idea that he could socialise with other dogs, while enjoying supervised play and learning acceptable behaviour and social skills. He came home tired and happy and his days at daycare balanced the days when he stayed at home while we were out at work. The environment was safe and secure and the process of allowing new dogs to join was carefully monitored which meant that we never had any concerns while he was at daycare. The photos and feedback we received were valuable and kept us in touch with Tiggers development. Your care and attention for all of the dogs was exemplary and I believe you came to love them as much as their owners do. We wish you every success in your new venture.
— Helen, Mike and Tigger too!
Our dog Baxter loves Sarah to bits. We were sad when she left Hamilton but wish her every success in starting her own business in New Plymouth. She has such great energy and enthusiasm with all the dogs, they all seem to love her and she seems to know their personalities very well.
